Delicious breakfast: the breakfast provided at the hotel was varied and included a wide range of tasty options to choose from, satisfying our appetite each morning. Comfortable accommodation: Despite a minor issue with dim lighting in the rooms, our stay at the hotel was overall comfortable and perfect. the rooms were clean and provided a comfortable space to rest. The building is nice, in a good location near the Mosque, and there is a slight hill nearby that might be a bit challenging for older people; for a cup of tea or coffee, visit Cafe' Cino close by.

The cable TV in the room provided endless entertainment for our kids, with their favorite shows and movies available. It was a great way for them to wind down after a long day of exploring Mecca.
My children wanted an outdoor play area or a kids' club to enjoy during their stay.

The hotel is located on a slight hill, which adds a unique touch to the overall experience. While it may be challenging for older folks, the elevation provides a nice view and adds charm to the hotel's setting.
No significant improvements needed.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable and suitable for Western guests. The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, only 8-15 minutes away. The hotel offers early check-in and late check-out upon request. There is also a supply of free tea and water available at the reception area.
The toilet and shower rooms are too small. The steep hill leading to the hotel may not be suitable for elderly or disabled guests.
